Beauty Benefits Terms of Service
1) Services and discounts only for listed member and cannot be transferred or gifted to another person.
2) Any missed monthly services are not refundable or applied to any subsequent month.
3) Discounts off products are only for regularly priced products with a limit of 5 items per month.
4) Discounts for services are only for regularly priced services and do not apply to packages.
5) Injection services (fillers, Botox) will be provided by our nurse injector or Dr. Binhlam based upon their standard service fees.
6) Services purchased with the membership level discounts must be used within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
7) An early cancellation fee of $250 applies to the Better level of Beauty Benefits if a member wishes to cancel the membership before their term ends. An early cancellation fee of $400 applies to the Best level of Beauty Benefits if a member wishes to cancel the membership before their term ends.
8) Complimentary services are for the face.
9) Complimentary monthly services are rotated. No single service will be repeated on consecutive months.
10) No substitutions may be made on the products or services offered in Beauty Benefits monthly membership.
11) All fees will be charged on the first of the month. No proration for a shortened month.
12) Membership services will be provided by interchangeable staff.
3) Terms of service are subject to change with advance notice.
